Post-training 4HB lunch!
Just ordered my first pAGG stack from Vitacost. Order total: $43.31 shipped. Dosages are nearly identical as what is described in 4-Hour Body. I should receive these bad boys in 2 weeks or so!
Just done a fast 20 minutes at 15 slope on the threadmill, reading Tim’s advices on cheat day. Then 40 triceps wall push and 20 squats. Today is first cheat day and it feels a bit weird to eat bad stuff when you train hard and eat well all week long. So I wont exagerate!!

Since last year, I gained about 40-45 pounds back. My own mistakes. I know exactly what I did. The marathon is done and my master is nearly over.
I realized that I can’t decide not to drink beer at all (one of the things that I like but makes my weight go up like crazy) and always train like a marathoner. It takes too much time, and I know I can get healthy without running 40k per week. For sure, I may train for another marathon, but not now.
2 weeks ago, I started the 4-Hour Body diet. I kinda follow it well, but I cheat a little. I don’t want to get crazy about it, so I slowly integrate it to my lifestyle. If you don’t know what the 4-Hour Body diet is, check out Tim Ferriss’ 4-Hour Body on google. You will definitely be impressed.
I’m currently at about 235-240 pounds and need to lose that. Slowly but surely. So I’m starting a new blog where I’ll post some pictures of recipes I made, or tricks that I applied from the 4-Hour Body method. I’ll post pictures on cheat days, during trainings, etc…

Hey fitblrs, long time no see.
Here’s the situation: during this summer, I trained for a marathon which took place on september 25th. I ended it in 4 hours 40 minutes. My goal was 3 hours 59 minutes but I started a master in finance on september 1st so I had a very hard time training. Instead of training 4 times a week, I trained 2 times a week for the last month of training. Therefore, I ended the marathon very difficultly but at least, I did it.
As some of you knows, I lost 100 pounds in about a year, going from 290 to 190 pounds. Unfortunately, after the marathon, I didn’t have time (or didn’t took the time) to train and eat well. That master took all my time and cooking really isn’t easy where I live during the master. All of this leaded to a gain weight of about 40 pounds, which means that as of now, I lost an overall 60 pounds, which is still pretty good, but that 40 pounds is really to much for me!!!
On january 10th, I get back on training. Also, I’ll go back to counting calories. My goal weight is 200 pounds which means that I got 30 pounds to lose.
Please follow me in that journey, it’ll be a difficult one because I have to do all that while doing the master which is really, really tough. But I need to shed that weight back. If you guys got any question on weight loss, please ask. I’ll be glad to answer. I gained some weight but I really know how to lose it. I just lost motivation on the last months.
I’ll post pictures of the marathon in a couple minutes, on a next post.

I’m glad to see I still get support from you guys, even though I post about once per week, and I know I’ve been really boring for the past 2 months or so!!!
Don’t worry, I’m still on track. I eat well, I maintain my weight, I stay in shape, continue running and still have that marathon in mind. I check tumblr 2 or 3 times a day, watch all your posts, etc… It’s just that I have nothing really interesting to say for now!!! Haha :P
But the more the marathon will come, the more I’ll post nice stuff about it. You’re a #1 piece of motivation :)
